and printing of the document.
7. Next, type a password used to secure the document. (Note: As long as you know this password,
you will be able to remove or change these security features at any time.)
8. If desired, you may also change the level of printing and changes allowed with the two drop
down boxes.
9. Once this is complete, click OK.
10. You then will be prompted to retype your password for confirmation. Do so and click OK.
11. Finally click OK on the ‘Document Properties’ window.
12. Save your PDF.
13. After saving, the Print icon should be grayed out.
